Founder's Story
I'm Idara Inwek Ogunsaju—consultant, coach, facilitator, and author of The Confidence Talk: I SAID SOAR. I launched The Antorge Group after more than two decades in healthcare administration, with experience spanning operations leadership, change management, consulting, and human resources administration.
I didn't set out to launch a consulting firm. After years as a successful leader, I noticed my confidence at work beginning to erode. It was not an imposter experience — I never questioned my place in leadership. But something was off and I wanted to understand it.
What I saw was a pattern extending beyond my own experience: capable, accomplished leaders experiencing confidence erosion not because of their performance, but because the conditions around them weren't designed to sustain confidence. I also found that this pattern disproportionately affected women in leadership.
What began as personal notes became shared strategies, then a workbook, then a published book. Over time, that work expanded beyond individual confidence to include the organizational frameworks that now drive The Antorge Group's enterprise partnerships.
Today, The Antorge Group works at the intersection of the personal experience of confidence and the organizational systems that either support or undermine confidence. Whether through consulting, facilitation, workshops, courses, or leadership frameworks, the goal is the same: to build the conditions for confidence to thrive.
